We have recently completed a project for the VP of F&B experience, The Americas to develop a set of seven complementary concepts for their tier two properties across the country.


This involved developing a detailed understanding of general second and third tier cities, consumer behaviour and target audiences before going on to ensure that any property could satisfy their food and beverage outlet needs regardless of their size, location, budget or existing complementing outlets.


The concepts cover naming, brand and graphic identity, interior design direction, food and beverage programmes, guest experience direction and uniforms.
